Terms of Service

By using sitecrew.online or ordering our services, you agree to these terms.

Free demo

Free demos are provided with no obligation and no card required. Demo designs remain our property until a plan is purchased.

Plans and payment

Plan prices are one-time fees as listed on our pricing section. Add-ons are priced separately; monthly add-ons renew until cancelled. Estimates from the price estimator are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Revisions

Revisions are included within the scope agreed for your plan. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your domain, design and content.

Delivery

Delivery times start once we receive the content and approvals we need from you.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
